Has anyone attempted to file while on vacation then got blocked from certifying? If so what happened after they send you the questionnaire.

Hi this is the first time I'm posting, I have a phone interview next week and I was wondering how I should answer these questions.

why were you no longer working at your very last job?
Were you warned that your actions could result in being fired?
When were you warned?

To give some context, I was basically fired for attendance/tardiness. When I filed the application on the phone originally, that's basically what I told the lady.

Should I just answer these questions vaguely as possible? Just say "no" on the "was I warned" question?

Just tell the truth, they will talk to your employer as well.
