One can only wonder about the situation of even greater numbers of sudden deaths in a very short time, such as the massive fire-bombing of Tokyo on March 9/10, 1945, and the two atomic bombings on August 6 and 9 of that same year.

I wish more people would write about odd subjects in this manner. The author wasn't speculating about what it meant for the architecture of the universe,he just reported. It makes me question the inane concerns of my own days and I like having a sense of mystery injected into my life.
