Internet activities? Nice try at deflection, but I'm not talking about internet activities. I'm talking about the collection of every single thing ever single American (and others) transmit. Phone, email, net history, everything a person ever communicates with. All of it.
And that's all part of what I'm referring to as "the internet."

You can create a straw man argument about how no one saw government surveillance coming, but it's just not true. If you've read any periodical of substance in the last five years, you would have known that government and corporations are using your information. Ever heard of the Patriot Act? Let me tell you about it: it occurred a long time before Snowden, back under the previous president. So the technological capability was not in question. The only thing that Snowden revealed was the extent to which the information was being mined, and that was a real surprise.

Till then I'll stick to reality, and recommend you do the same.
Because there simply is a much more obvious and plausible science-based explanation for it. And the evidence that people like you claim for it has been debunked on many websites. And the wide-ranging complications of doing this at scale (even if the technology really existed) and conflicting impacts across international borders makes current implementation implausible. So maybe it will happen, and I'm sure governments would like to be able to control weather patterns, but the evidence currently is not in your favor.
Chemtrails being caused by a smoking gun is the silliest thing I've heard on this subject yet ......and by Golly, I've heard some silly things on this subject.
I believe that chemtrails are being caused by smoking pot
please back up your statement... picture.. video...
Nope. But I will be flying at about 23000 ft in a PA31T aircraft. If I see contrails er chem trails coming off my wings I will endeavour to take a picture.
