Or, you quit your job and your employer makes you an improved offer to get you to stay because your economic output is important and the effect on the morale of the other employees would be negative.

I've actually done that, by quitting as an employee and returning as a self employed contractor 3 days later. So you can do it in the employment world too.

Removed all personnel issues, management issues, let me entirely focus on what I enjoyed with the work, and increased by pay by 75%, and I had to manage my own tax deductions, so I actually reduced my tax burden too.

Good times...

Britain opposed the appointment of the current unelected leader of the European Commission which governs the daily affairs of 500 million citizens.
The reason ? Jean-Claude Juncker is a drunk.
However there was nothing we could do to stop his appointment.
Here is is on official duty this week.

I don't live there so I didn't vote on the poll. But aren't the main reasons why the want out is because England isn't feeling like England because of so much immigration and because they feel like they don't have control of their country anymore. Isn't that essentially why this become so big, I know there are smaller reasons why too but aren't these 2 reasons what started the whole leave the EU thing?

That's precisely the main reason why Brits will be voting OUT!!!

Living in central London it's my biggest concern for sure

Do you think England will actually leave?

It's the UK that is voting not just England.
In reality this referendum really is too close to call but unless there's a large majority for Remain the Prime Minister is in a very difficult position.
His handling of Project Fear has been risible.

For me it is a question of fairness in wanting to leave. Whether we leave, or stay, Britain will be shafted ( is that the right word?), short term if we leave ( France will never forgive us and Europe will show their nasty side) and long term if we stay ( with a slow turning up of the heat with more laws passed by un- elected officials, and yes. less border control. With Serbia and Albania waiting ( I don`t think Turkey yet), those Albainians who are arriving illegally at the moment at our remoter ports may as well wait 2 years.
