Rather her than Corbyn. The majority of his own MP's detest him, and we all know how good that pathetic excuse for a shadow cabinet is don't we?

Corbyn was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Raised in a seven bedroom manor house and educated privately, and attended grammer school, yet with all those advantages, the leader of todays Labour party left school with two E grade A levels.

He's still a genius compared to Diane Abbott........

Latest YouGov poll has the Tory lead slashed to five points.
Personally I don't believe it but May is certainly making a pig's ear of this election.
Why on earth she chose to include the Dementia Tax in the manifesto Lord knows.

The Labour party have promised free college education. That should get the young voters off their beds, and down to a polling booth. That's if they bothered to register to vote.

The Tories will win by a landslide. Once voters gaze down at that voting paper, they will vote for the status quo.

Theresa May will now concentrate on showing herself as a strong leader to lead us from the EU, and save us from terrorists. She was Home Secretary when hundreds of thousands of immigrants were coming to my country every year. She and her predecessors have allowed this invasion. Now she will present herself as the one to save us.

I have noted that when coming under pressure in interviews, she shows weakness. This is obvious when watching her on television. She is no Margaret Thatcher, and that is for sure. We need a real leader, and there is no sign of one anywhere.

Corbyn has just made a major mistake over the Manchester bombing by effectively saying it is our fault due to western intervention in the Middle East. Whether he is right or wrong, his attitude to terrorism is his achilles heel and his comments are going to cost Labour very dear in my opinion.

He's been the same all through his political career. He always spoke up for the IRA back in the day. I thought he had enough brains to keep his mouth shut until the dead are buried. Obviously not.

See tomorrow's Sun where they find a clip of Corbyn boasting about voting against all 17 pieces of anti-terror legislation introduced since 1983.
I've no doubt this will also feature on Andrew Neil's clinical dissection of him this evening on BBC One at 7pm.

I think Corbyn's speech this morning was excellent. Well considered and balanced. Neither crass nor ill timed as the Tories would have it, and not one word against them or anyone else.
I may be disappointed and proved wrong tomorrow morning but today I'm betting Corbyn will stand up well against Andrew Neil tonight. Keeping in mind Theresa May's performance he doesn't have much to beat.
It seems to have become a national sport slating Corbyn. A wolf pack mentality really.
Probably the most honest political leader to emerge in recent years. I'm forced to the conclusion that although people moan long and loud about the quality of our politicians, when it comes down to it they really want the type that we've become accustomed to.

I understand what you're saying Geoff. Corbyn is a man of principle, who sticks by what he believes. But, as PM he would be a disaster. The same as the similar Michael Foot would have been a disaster.

His team behind him, especially the loathsome Diane Abbott, are not of the highest standard. He is a true socialist, who would probably have done quite well in Harold Wilson's cabinet. Unfortunately, those times are long gone, and the ordinary working man is now a slave to the machine.

The only way real change could come from a man like Corbyn, and his ilk would be a European wide revolution. That isn't going to happen. He would destroy whatever economy we have left after we leave the EU. I speak as a man who voted for Michael Foot. I am older, and sadly wiser. Corbyn would have to take on the Capitalists, and they would chew him up, and spit him out. The media will spend the next few weeks tearing him apart. He, and the Labour party are in for a beating not seen since Thatcher's time.
