So you are saying that deficit spending trillions of dollars conjured out of thin air has no effect on inflation, that raising minimum eages everywhere has no effect on increased prices, that Biden’s war on domestic oil production has nothing to do with rising prices?

You are spouting partisan talking points that are cleverly orchestrated by the democrats…. It is what they do best.

The further revised burn bill will pass with overwhelming republican support.

As opposed to spouting partisan talking points by GOP Propaganda Champion Sean Hannity that any spending on public benefits to improve the quality of life is "Socialism.... and we dont want it here"

Never watch that guy. He’s as much a 4 letter word as Cruz is.
If you think Pelosi & Shumer are telling you the truth then I’ve got some ocean front property in Marfa to sell you.

If a deficit means that the Federal Government is spending money it dont have then take a look at Trump's whopping great tax break for the rich.

It seems to me that every time a bill is introduced that would benefit the middle/working class the Republicans start howling about "deficits" and "pork" It's becoming old stuff now.

Well yeah I'm sure Schumer and Pelosi indulge in smoke and mirrors occasionally but at least give them credit for trying to make things just a bit better for America's struggling middle class.

I remember a few years back when Moose Killer Airhead Sarah Palin was addressing a group of Republican Tea Party members about to depart for Washington. "Lets make sure Obama is a one term President" she told them. I interpret that as meaning "lets veto everything he tries to pass"

What kind of government is that? We elect politicians to work for the general betterment of the country not sit around on their arses trying to whack each other. Unfortunately it only seems to be getting worse but maybe I just dont understand American politics.

Are you saying that you believe the WP article, because I won't discuss with you if you are just going to randomly pull out articles that contradict your own previous arguments.

I gave a link to the government record of the bill itself, which includes all history, including amendments.

And what has happened with the bill now?
It looks like Schumer relented on the amendment vote, so the evil Cruz voted for the bill like he had the first round.
Much ado about nothing…and a win for veterans.

I asked 3 people...So what do you think of Pelosi going to Taiwan...all said,
Proud of her guts...not letting someone tell us what to do and bully us.
2 female Dems, one male Rep, btw.

Um...I said,"Well, I'm scared."

If there is any truth in that her son and husband own business(es) in China, she has just killed the cash cows.
Taipei was a whirlwind, Seoul was a ghost town. Wonder why? Media was silent.
