Right, the part of the highway that straddles the benches. I know exactly what you're talking about.

But I'm not sure how you could forget fry sauce - how the populace outside of the Intermountain West does not know much about it amazes me.

I know why is Fry sauce such a Utah thing....can't believe I forgot it either.
Oh I forgot to mention.
I love Kings Peak in Utah. That is one hike I will never forget.

2. The flower beds at between the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and the Church Administration Building (especially in April and May)
3. The sunsets
4. Bryce Canyon (indisputably one of the most beautiful spots on the face of the earth)
5. Hot summers without the humidity
6. Farmers Market in Pioneer Park
7. Guardsman's Pass
8. Ruth's Diner
9. The tram ride at Snowbird
10. The fountain at Gateway Mall, especially when the "Citius, Altius, Fortius" is playing over the loudspeaker.
11. The downtown library
12. Two holidays in July instead of just one
13. Tuacahn
14. The view of the city from Ensign Peak
15. Walking around Silver Lake at Brighton

I forgot to mention the vivid sunsets/sunrises that peek over the mountains every day. I also love the millions of stars that I can see from my backyard almost every night.

The vast differences in scenery that I can experience all within a couple of hours drive.

For years, I would tell people that I am *from* NJ...now...happily, I am *from* Utah. No, not originally, but here is where my heart is. Utah is where my family and I landed in our pursuit of happiness...here is where we will stay.
