Do all those graphic enhancement mods tax your system a whole lot more? I might not buy this game til I buy a laptop one day, but I'll be buying a laptop with a dedicated card.

The reason I ask is Oblivion had some great graphic enhancement mods and a lot of them really didn't affect performance all that much. If anything they would improve both the look and the framerate

Skyrim runs great on low graphics when played on my laptop.

Anyone got the Dragonborn DLC yet?

No, I have the PC version, really wish I had it though. If I didn't have Assassin's Creed III and Black Ops II I would probably be playing skyrim like crazy. I might go back to it soon just hearing people talk about it...that game never gets old.

I don't ever see it getting old unless I play it continuously for days on end. I'm addicted to the game but some nights I just don't feel like it.

The last time I played it I had myself laughing so hard! I walked into a shop and the shopkeeper greeted me, then turned around and started to argue with his wife. I went into sneak mode and started robbing his shop while he argued. I love my Thief character, never a dull moment!

Anyone bought a house in Solitude and bought all the furnishings?

I currently own a home in Whiterun (With all decorations) and just bought a house in Solitude. I got all the furnishings except for the enchanting laboratory. Right now, I'm trying to save up to get the last furnishing by fighting dragons and selling the dragon bones and scales. In Proudspire Manor (House you buy in Solitude), what's that room for in the basement which has that sleeping bag and those crates?

Is it with the shopkepper where he makes you go get the golden claw? Actually, the lady is the shopkeeper's sister. If you're in Riverwood trader.

Haha, I'm not exactly sure. I've been in so many shops and stealing so many items, I lose track of where I've been and what happened. Usually my goal is to get in and out quickly as possible but when it's daylight it's not always that easy! I get frustrated when the shopkeeper follows me to another room where I go into sneak mode.. look behind me and there they are "don't even think about it!"

So I get out of sneak mode, walk out, and come back later on... at 1 am! Haha.

I finally completed "Elder Knowledge", where you get the elder scroll. Took me a while to finish since the buttons next to where you put that cube thingy was hard to bring down the thing holding the elder scroll. Had to look up on you tube to see how to solve.

Skyrim is one of the all time greatest games. I have about 5 toons on it right now on Xbox.

Dragonborn DLC is outstanding.

The Dark Brotherhood is my favorite quest. College of Winterhold is good if you are a mage. Companions I didnt think too highly of.
