Hi everybody- We live in Pensacola, Florida and am interested in relocating maybe to Virginia, or Chattanooga, or Knoxville. We want something scenic, not so much coastal, affordable, southern hospitality, but also racially diverse and conservative. Need housing under 200k, and an area with lots of amenities- restaurants, hotels, shopping, good roads to get around the state and country to visit family. Looked at roanoke, richmond not so much, norfolk/chesapeake looks too big. Any imput very appreciated.
