It was a different time a different place a different attitude towards drugs...drugs were about partying and having a good time...no one talked about the drug addicts, crack heads, losing your mind, overdoses, deaths, the wars between the gang bangers/drug dealers for territory and profits. It took all that plus public policy to change attitudes towards drugs....In effect Barry was doing what everybody else was doing...
