June 16 (non-resident) minus June 12 (Resident) = 4 days to move away from WA.
Sounds plausible. You can be clear around the world in 2 days via conventional airline, and even less if passing up time zones. (eastbound). Happens everyday.

When you gotta go... you gotta GO ..Poof GONE !

Seattle has the highest suicide rate in the country and the highest percentage of people on prescription psych drugs in the country. I don't think the weather's as big a problem as the depressing social climate, though.

No it does not.
Myths debunked - Forbes magazine
Myth #1: Seattle has the highest suicide rate in the country.
"Seattle has regrettably suffered the title “Suicide City USA” for a long time, presumably because of the weather. Rainy weather equals higher suicide rates – perfectly logical! But the truth is Seattle doesn’t even make the top 10 list. According to a study published in the journal Social Science and Medicine, Las Vegas is the true suicide capital of the US, followed by Colorado Springs, Tuscon and a list of other cities that don’t include Seattle. Among states, Alaska tops the list."

As for the psych pills, I can't find anything to corroborate or refute your allegation. So, what's your source?

You're actually partly right about the suicides: According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, Seattle does rank highest in suicide attempts. I think they rank 12 in actual suicides being completed and carried out.

Still, it has to be admitted that the number is high.

On the psych drugs: I read that in a Tacoma News-Tribune article about a year ago.

Relative to Seasonal Disorder which causes the same.

people in Washington state who own homes could also be very angry about their property taxes going up 30% in one year and losing their house.

You have proved nothing, please go back to yammering about the Seattle climate. Nobody cares. I did move but I will be posting in the Washington forum when it relates to something I wish to debate.
