There were a few minutes of sun breaking through yesterday but not today.

How do I post photos here?

I go to go advanced then managed attachments then to photo library.
Just click the pic you want out of your library.
For me I need to use the medium setting or the pic won’t load.
Good luck

The best way to do it is to put your pictures up on a free hosting website such as:

https://www.4shared.com/

https://imageshack.com/signup

https://imgbb.com/upload

Or, a paid one. I like Smugmug.

Then, you click the 'insert picture' icon above where you type - see example below. Paste the URL of your image location from the hosted site into the text field and click Ok.

Sounds easy, right?

Derek

Well it’s 8:30 on the Peninsula.
Raining as all get out and I don’t think it’s gonna stop.
I have this Pork Butt I’m going to be tending all day.
Great day for tinkering on a shop project I have and bouncing back and forth to this.

Yep we’ve been in the atmospheric river all night it has poured and it is freakishly warm out. They’re starting to talk about some flooding around lowland areas. I don’t think our creek is flooding yet down there, but I haven’t been out. If we do, it won't be severe, our creek is still catching up to normal flows this year, and the rain is supposed to taper off today.

I just recently heard of this guy Cliff.
According to what he just wrote “the strongest storm in northwest history could be coming in this Sunday”.
Hmmm.

He's professor of meterology at UW.

I definitely follow him above anyone else in the area about our weather.

Wow, it looks like he's predicting the 'atmospheric river' to be riding high with a cutoff for much of Oregon. We're straddling the edge of the river in Vancouver. Maybe an OR road trip is in order. lol
