Nemuro, Japan - 04:00 sunrise (only 10 minutes later compared to Baba Wethu!) and 18:28 sunset!!!
Tomorrow : 03:59 - 18:29!!! (pre-4am sunrise, pre-6:30 sunset!)
would like to experience that!!!
My waking schedule is very dependent on dawn times... (2-3 hours before first light, shower, light breakfast, etc. before dawn prayer).
Even here, with sunrise 2 hours later, waking up at 4 is on the late territory for me.
A bit later during vacation though
You would never be able to sleep if you went here and expected to wake uo 2 hours before first light
Also, in a couple of weeks, we will have endless civil twilight in the night. Something Lommaren doesn't get to experience at all down there in the tropics.

It must be really strange to have 18hr days but also be dealing with freezing temps and snow?
