I don't think you would, those kind of temperatures make your teeth chatter. It is so cold that the roof and all other surfaces become sticky and the fuel freezes up.

Ok, maybe for just a week then.
But I remember being in Minneapolis in January (10 years ago) and it wasnt that bad. Sunny and chilly. Definetely better than Januarys in Buenos Aires.
Yea, but I bet the temperature was nowhere near -20c. I love cold, but um if it was -10c i'd be happy enough anything below that is just too much for me.

I think it got down to -20 once or twice but, yeah, the everyday temp wasnt as cold and i was outside in the snow a lot and didnt feel bad. Probably from -5 to -10 at daytime.
Yes, it was like that here in the 2010 cold spell, it actually felt quite warm under a good coat in the sun.
In other news we may just about get an Ice Day on Tuesday with the temperature forecast to just about reach 2c at 3pm after a min of -5c. So hopefully if we get fog that will stop it from getting above freezing.
46 F/8 C with fog at 5:15PM - I actually don't mind this weather, though I would like to see some more cold and snow before Christmas. Not holding my breath though.
