Heat Warnings up already for NYC and parts of NJ, PA & DE. Heat Indexes near 100 Monday afternoon to Tuesday Evening
I find it interesting that the Philadelphia Metro has a different threshold for Heat Warnings (or Advisories?) than the rest of the region, I think their threshold is lower than NYC's and DC's, I could be wrong but I think I remember reading about it.

I remember reading NYC is 95 degrees criteria. Not sure about Philly. Just watching this video now mentions the reasons. Half way through. The Title is concerning.
They're missing a weird spots at the same latitude:
Redding, CA, July high 98°F, July low 65°F. Redding is at about sea level but mountains to the west block the ocean influence. Without the higher elevations, it's likely western sites with higher highs than the east and more similar lows, the entire average is dragged down.
The average shortest burn time for here is 7 minutes, although the burn time guide isn't used any more, as it was regarded as providing false security.
