Amen to that. The next coolish dry day is going to be bliss.

I feel like we're overdue for a dry heatwave. Not that I want one, but I'll take it over the humidity.

Same here. Ideally, I want the temp to be 75-80 with moderate humidity, but I wish we had low levels of humidity here if it gets over 90. Maybe not desert dry, but at least plenty dry. Dew points in the 50s would be nice

I could definitely live with a summer like that.

Wow been really hot there I guess.

Few days ago we had a low of 23c with humidity of 75% and I was outside camping... now that is no fun at all.

Saskatchewan today..almost the whole Eastern half was reporting storms.

Mike Scantlin and Reed Timmer.

Tornadoes were also confirmed

Severe thunderstorms are still ongoing in Eastern Saskatchewan and are poised to move into western Manitoba as the sunsets on another day of severe weather.

There have been unconfirmed reports of several funnel clouds and at least one tornado this afternoon south of Regina and North of Saskatoon. Thankfully, no populated areas were affected by tornadoes today. Hail, torrential rain and flooding were the main culprits today as the line of storm sped eastward at times up to 80-90 km/hr.

I took this shot near Gray, Saskatchewan around 3:30 in the afternoon. Thanks to everyone for the great comments about the Weather Network reports we provided throughout the day. Glad to hear that everyone is safe.

The Severe weather threat appears to be diminishing as the day gets later and darkness falls. Areas still under the gun this evening are Whitewood, Esterhazy, Langenburg and Estevan regions in Sask and Russell and Roblin regions in Manitoba.
Just saw this nightmare on my FB feed.

The photographer captured it NW of Creelman, SK. A tall view from ground up.

He named it: "Tall, Dark and Handsome"

:uarrow: What nightmares are made of!!! :double:
