Just kind of a guess, based on the clue that it was Cfa but it also looked like it was a drier kind of Cfa from the yellow grass and dry ground, which might be close to areas with Mediterranean or steppe climate.

Also, it kind of looked like the red flowers might be poppies and I'm guessing it might be a European location.

Correct!

The town is Riaño. The climate type is probably a mix of Cfb and Dfb...though I don't have any data.
