How expensive is an AC unit in Europe? I know most of the time it's not necessary in Northern Europe but it can come in hand at times of warm weather.

I have relatives in Greece, and now everyone has them... Not the case 20 years ago when.

My sister has aircon in her house & it was very expensive... Pretty much all shops & most offices have aircon too. You can buy small aircon units that are mobile for about £200/£300 we used to have them in my old office...

Very warm in my house tonight too, it's 26C downstairs & nearly 30C upstairs! Not looking forward to trying to sleep tonight...

Temperature outside is 20.7C @ 23:50
