really you get headaches at 85f? feel for you. the only time I've had a serious problem with the heat was when I was in the 5th grade in PE and during the 3rd lap I fainted. other than that I've never had a real medical issue with the heat.
Yeah if I don't take it easy. Like walk more than a mile I start to feel pain in my head. Not throbbing, but enough to put me off. No idea why, I wasn't like that when I was younger. But, if I just sat around or walked at a leisurely pace, I can probably put up with up to 90°F
Bridgeport,CT (coastal CT) temp of 18° this morning was a record for the day and the 3rd coldest temp on record for entire month(since 1948). So it's only been colder twice in November since 1948

I actually can get headaches that I think are heat-related. Requires more exertion (say a hard hike, or bike ride) and sun as well as heat. I'd say they're more sun-related than just heat-related. I should remember to drink more water.

Impressive. Isn't there a notable urban heat effect in Memphis? NYC (Central Park) had a sub-freezing high yesterday.
