Its possible. Not sure cooler temps would mean higher humidity, if anything it would mean drier since the cool air is from the North but it depends how the flow is at the surface..You could have a cool NW flow aloft with a southerly flow at the surface which would give you those cool humid conditions.......

But.... You would most likely get a West flow in this setup ... which would mean seasonable temps and even warm at times.

Maybe a battle ground area for TN/KY/VA with back and forth action. I think East of you/ East coast will be more prone to Gulf or Atlantic moisture. Have to see where the Sub Tropical Jet wants to setup.

As far as current...

Here's the current water vapor image. Sub Jet still out west, dry over Gulf states strong NW flow keeping things tamed in the East.

I'm driving home from Utah and stopped for coffee and checked the road report ahead: "OPEN WITH DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS. SNOW ON ROADWAY. SNOWING. GUSTY WINDS."

Where I am now it's 36F/2C, cloudy and windy with gusts to 40 mph. Where I'm going it's 22F/-5C, snowing and windy with gusts to 45 mph.

Cannot stand the diurnal range of this place. The high is 62F but it's 54 at 1pm. Is it going to be in the 60s for ten minutes or what?? No point even looking at the highs any more.

Last cloud spotted on 19 March at 17 hours. This must be some kind of record. Next cloud cover expected at Friday morning.

I'm starting to feel like these guys:

There must be a fire warning then in SW Finland?

We are now here adviced to be careful due to wildfire risk starting to build. Loong sunny days now in late April when the weather is like this.
