I agree Ariete ... a Climate Talk thread would present an outstanding opportunity to discuss our concerns regarding massive deforestation ... destruction of vital animal habitat ... and the devastating results of decimating the very forests that produce our vital oxygen supply ... As we are all well aware ... deforestation results in climate and temperature changes upon our small planetary home in space.... Lets have our Climate Change Forum ... Because Old Sgt. I remember I went to Brighton back in 1564, the water temp was 35 C with an air temp of 45 C, so maybe easthome has some merit. CG and everyone else who thinks I'm full of **** can **** off!!!! Bunch of trolls.

I've swum in the sea in West Wittering with no problems at all. After a couple of minutes it felt warm.

Water below 20C is cold, but yes, you may get used to it after being in a while.
