lol in SE France a minimum of 16ºC, that's the typical maximum in March there, meanwhile in Spain some places with minimums which were half than the normal March average and some various times less (in the center, as Madrid)... Same for some italian cities, even a minimum of 17ºC (Fiumicino) lol that's almost 2ºC more than their average high in March, same as for parts of SE Europe... crazy temps!
^ Not that incredible IMO. We get lows at 10C or above pretty much every winter which is way above average, just every now and then
