This is probably uncommon, but I prefer subtropical highland climates with wet summers and noticeable but mild seasons.

1. Thimphu, Bhutan
2. Katoomba, NSW, Australia
2. Maseru, Lesotho

I'll go for three (albeit similar ones) in different continents:

Interesting, I think Chiclayo, Trujillo and Chimbote have the nicest climates in Peru, although Arequipa looks good too

Depends on what you like. Those cities are on are near the coast and get a lot of marine air and clouds. Arequipa has even more sun than I like (although not yet today) and gets a nice cool evening that I really love. The temperature only varies 2 to 4 degrees between winter and summer in Arequipa...actually the daytime high in the winter (June-Aug) is slightly higher than the summer.

South Florida( can't go wrong with cities like Ft Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Key Largo...). Winters are amazing... while most everyone else freezing.
Los Angeles-San Diego. Warm-mild year round climate.
Niigata and Toyama Prefectures, Japan. Super snowy subtropical climate.

And two bonuses.
Hawaii. Milder tropical.
Mount Shasta, CA- Redding, CA. I always liked these 2 cities. One is a snowy mountain town and the other is a typical mild winters, hot summers inland CA climate. Yet they are only an hour apart, easily accessible on I-5.
