Flood watches in almost all of Texas and Oklahoma. Extends in Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Widespread 1-3 inches with up to 6 inches possible in isolated spots. Goodbye drought.

Red flag warnings in NH again. Absurd pattern, appears El Nino starting to exert more influence.

Some places get the rain, and others don't.

88 F (31 C) and sunny at 1 PM. Another hot, humid and sunny day with no rain. This has to be one of the driest springs in recent history down here.

Damn.

It almost seems like it's been raining non-stop in the Southern Plains for the last 4-5 weeks.

Such a nice day to be outside. At Delaware Park (racetrack). Probably still a bit under 20 C. It would be great if summer were always like this. Actually feels cool in the shade with a slight breeze.

Uncomfortably cool when you step outside of the sunshine, but it's still a nice day. Looks like summer begins tomorrow though, and I'm ready for it.
