Yet another thunderstorm occurring. This one has a ridiculous amount of lightning and constant thunder.

Tornado watches now extend into Louisiana and Arkansas. There are some fairly strong storms in my area right now out ahead of the main line with frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.

I think this one is convective.

There was also a thunderstorm cell over the city earlier in the afternoon but not as potent as this most recent one.

Seems like Denver and Miami are having each other's weather. Has been really dry here.

Yeah the frequency of thunderstorms here has been very tropical and they're usually in the late afternoon or early evening. It's just 30 degrees colder here. Today is the 18th day this month with thunderstorms...
