19/18 sounds like a typical crap UK summer day; overcast, damp, cool yet muggy at the same time. We get way too many of them.

33/10 is fine; dry, warm and likely sunny because the humidity is too low to make clouds. I'd take that.

In the poll, I misread uncomfortable as comfortable.
A 33 C temp with a 10 C dew point is more uncomfortable to me.

That happened to me same when I voted few days ago.
So 2 votes of "19C (66F) with 18C (64F) DP" are miscount as over-voted.

Would it really feel "cool" though? A humid 19C still feels warm to me, and I come from a relatively hot climate. I bet to Londoners a muggy 19C would feel like 25C for them.

The coldest temp it has felt muggy to me was in December 2013 I believe. Temps at 68 but very humid and stormy that day (can't remember exactly date) and even December 2014 on Christmas when it was in the low 70s and muggy.

20C can be really muggy if the dewpoints are high. Even an air temp of 17C with 17C is not really that comfortable, but it's still on the pleasant side.

Any temperature above, say, 13c, can feel muggy if the RH is close to 100%, as soon as you enter moderate activity. I have already been covered in sweat with 19c with a 18c dewpoint, and it is not really a pleasant experience since it is a bit too cool to dry afterwards. We normally get that in the fall with partly cloudy or overcast conditions.

Isn't 19℃ supposed to be more comfortable?

19C is more uncomfortable because it is cool.
