Find:

1. A climate strictly below 50N with an annual mean below -3C. It has to be below 1000m

2. A climate with an annual average low above 25C

3. A climate in Alaska with average lows below -35C in the coldest month

#2 is easy (Dallol). The others... Not so much.

I can't find stations in areas where I think 1 and 3 might exist

That's because the airport makes hourly observations. The snow fell for approximately 15 minutes between 9 and 10 I believe.
