Almost midnight and I'm shoveling paths in the backyard for my dog.. I thought it was spring forward, not fall back. And it's still lightly snowing. Very peaceful outside. All I hear is city plows in the distance.
Temp 25F

^^ Aren't people fed up of wintry weather overall? Seems like spring has been cancelled this year. Awesome to see new snow adding on a 2+ month old snowpack in the high sun half of the year at your latitude.

Eerie looking. Cloudy weather ruined the eclipse here. Wouldn't have been as impressive as the 1999 one anyway.

While most don't mind winter around here since a couple months later its another season, many are now fed up with it because it's dragging and continuing. Plow guys getting tired of plowing. It's like we haven't had a 2 week break from snow and we haven't had normal temps for couple days straight. Many use oil heat around here so they are pissed they need the heat on as much as a winter month

---------------
This morning is a beautiful Winter scene here in SWCT after 6.5" of fresh new snow fell within 12hrs. 19.4" this month. 59.3" for season (55 in 8wks)

Its still snowing and on Long Island as well.

Do these stop signs have new meaning? Snowing at the beach.

Boating anyone?

Half foot of white sand with old piles around and some snow never all melted.

From the beach to a River. Waterfall roaring a bit louder now.

Flower bed with tulips leaves near the wall, today afternoon.

The forecast was correct, cold weather came back and today´s high was only 0.3c with pretty strong northern wind.
