I already know my winter summary,

Avg hi: 2.2C/36F (+3.5C)
Mean: 0.0C/32F (+4.1C)
Avg lo: -2.3C/28F (+4.8C)
Record lo: -19.1C/-2.4F (29 Dec)
Precipitation: 233 mm/9.17 in (+60 mm/2.33 in)

So the whole season was 5.7F warmer than average. This will most likely get to the top 5 warmest winters on record.

Precipitation: 223,6 mm

The whole season was 1 C warmer than average. Precipitation was also above average.

For Ioannina:
Record high: 18,8 C
Average high: 11,4 C
Mean: 5,1 C
Average low: 0 C
Record low: -10,0 C
Precipitation: 654,7 mm

The whole season was 0,5 C cooler than average. Precipitation was a bit higher than average.

Bergen: Mean for winter will be ca 3.3C
Tromsø: Mean for winter will be ca -1.9C

All months warmer than the normal, Tromsø a little less than the others but still above average
