Could be humid winter weather as well, or drizzle.
There's a hazy look to the sky that suggests high dewpoints. Humid winter weather sounds like a contradiction to me; I use (and assume) "humidity" refers to absolute humidity or dewpoints unless more details are given. I noticed some other posters do as well.

Warm front rain during winter has that look to it, prior to the heavy rain setting in.
I'll make a point to do the same set of photos in winter, so you can tell the difference. Should be pretty interesting in what you think.
Yep, that would be good. I am going to start taking photos of the same place in different seasons. Like what Cambium does.
