Not in U.S or Canada but how about Siberia? (which is important for Eastern U.S Winter)

Too much even for Siberia: Worst blizzard in 10yrs turns Omsk into huge snowball
" Many areas of the city of Omsk paralyzed.
The snow has gotten off to an incredible start in Siberia, where record snowfall has paralyzed many areas of the city of Omsk,” says RT News.

Is that Pikes Peak? It was 32 degrees and sleeting there when I visited in late June (I was 15 then). Nice and cold. I can remember running around just so I could get dizzy from the lack of oxygen in the air - it worked...lol.
Winter weather advisories in Idaho and Montana. Looks like these areas are around 4,000 feet ASL.
