If I exercise regularly, how much harder will it be to become physically fit if my diet is mediocre?
You'll still get much, much fitter, even if your diet is crap. Obviously weight loss wouldn't be too apparent or none existent even, depending on your size, if your diet is bad.
You don't need to be massively strict with diet when it comes to weight loss and fitness. But if you're serious and want to get ripped, then diet is essential.
If you need any tips on diet and exercise, even at a basic level that'll get your fitness up quickly, just pm me and I'll happily help you out.

My impression is regular excercise is more important for fitness (for health, not in the sense of getting ripped). But diet is more important for weight loss.
If you're somewhat fat but in ok aerobic shape, you're better off than a skinny couch potato. Of course, it's harder to get and maintain good aerobic fitness if you're overweight.
School is too easy, sitting right now in chem. Class with everything done with 50 minutes left. I would have and more had the teacher not made a mistake checking my work.
I think Delline Bass who sings the lyrics is the same person known as Daniella. IIRC this tune by Ercola in 2008 was the highest scoring Finnish one ever on US dance charts. Even higher than Darude - Sandstorm in 1998.

Yeah definitely true, however if you're overweight, you definitely need to combine a good diet with it, and tbh, no matter what weight you are you should have a good diet.
But yeah, you could eat crap and exercise, and you'd still get fitter. Weight loss though is about 80% diet.
36, or ten years after leaving I believe, depending which comes sooner.
Yeah, ok. Did you leave before you were 26? For me it's 36 for combat duties and 41 for non-combat. I have already been transferred to non-combat duties, though, but if I would get the 4th chevron that would mean 46 for non-combat. Lol, my best friend is a Petty Officer 1st class and he has to wait until 46. All people enlisted for work in the military after their conscription are also draftable until 46, though their rank might be Jaeger, Seaman, Gunner = Private.
Stayed out til 6 AM driving Uber last night and I'm just waking up now. I hate waking up this late in the day.
