Both my parents had lots of siblings, so l guess they wanted the same. My Mum loves babies/kids, even now whenever she sees a baby she has to cuddle it lol...
Speaking of age differences my grandpa is 80, he has 2 uncles in their 50s and an aunt in her 60s and they both make him call them aunt and uncle, his cousins from them are teenagers including a kid who is like 12. That's nothing still, I have second cousins that are 80. Also I know a kid who's father is 80 and he has siblings ranging from in their 60s to in their 20s, he is 14.
Wow! The closest I know to that is a 13-year-old whose father is in his 60s. Some of my friends'parents are older than my grandparents are/were!
The thought of having a niece of nephew nearly as old or older than me is bizarre.
Yes. All my friends have them and have since high school. They're the youngest or second youngest children in their families. I have siblings, but they aren't at the age where they've had their own children.
