I guess I'm not the most adventurous person with food. The 3 main Oriental dishes I like are general tso's chicken, fried rice, and Singapore noodles. Not that I wouldn't like other things, but I don't eat it too often, so I tend to choose the dishes I already know I like.
Singapore noodles look good, I'd like to try that.
I'm not a huge fan of Chinese, Thai and especially Japanese cuisine, but I like Indian cuisine a lot. We have a terrific Indian restaurant here in the city, and it's a real sit-down restaurant and not some sweat shop. And one nice Thai one which probably have some slaves working there, as the prices are ridiculously cheap.

I had Indian food today at a nearby restaurant. The chicken biryani that I had was pretty good and filling.
