Now imagine there was snow in Florida, and the Southern States. And there is no snow in the Colorado, Utah, Montana, North Dakota. What would you guys react to this?

I'm fairly certain it would be impossible for Florida to have snow and Colorado to have no snow. But something like this is possible:
