Sydney, of course. Singapore's too hot year-round, and Chicago is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Sydney's the most moderate.

It's mid May and it's still cold in Chicago. By July, it may be 100 degrees and humid as Florida. By October, it will be cold again.
Does anyone really like Chicago weather?

With the exception of few humid ones like 1995, I don't think Chicago's triple digit days are that humid in general.
And Chicago isn't even the coldest/snowiest major US city... Try the US plains near canadian border like ND
