I'm in Chicago right now which is an hour behind Miami and there really is no discernible difference besides it being a bit earlier than I think it is. Hasn't messed my schedule or anything. Just need to grow a set of balls.

LOL Well it does take you about 3 months to recover from the jetlag of visiting the east coast of the US...

Even when I have been to Hawaii (which is a bloody long way from the UK) it only takes me 2 days tops to get over the jetlag...

I feel like it's easier to adjust to a larger time change over a smaller one because you are kinda forced to adjust otherwise you won't be able to complete your day to day activities, whereas with a 1/2/3 hour difference you don't have to make a massive effort, you can just keep the same schedule.

That literally makes no sense. You really have to do nothing to adjust to an hour, makes no difference. It's 4 PM and where you're from it's 5 PM? What difference does it make?

Even three hours really isn't that big of deal.

Idk, it's maybe more about the fact that it doesn't seem right when the clock says noon and the sun is still in it's morning position.

Maybe you notice it more on the western side of a timezone.
