Okay, so now they're saying that one was dark-skinned and had a goatee, and there is apparently another suspect who got out of the car, and he was white.

They were saying that over an hour ago.. They can only go on information they are being given by eyewitnesses as the police are not releasing any specific details.

So today was about 4'C, and everything melted good and all, but now puddles have started to freeze even though all local weather stations say it's about 2-4'C still. Why is that? I've also noticed other times where the weather stations say it was 1-2'C constantly throughout the nights, yet the morning after all the puddles and slush from the day before were completely frozen.
