But why are you ethnically Ukrainian but I'm not ethnically French?? Again just because you feel more Ukrainian, doesn't actually make you so.
It's a combination of factors that I already explained in the post of mine you initially responded to. A similar combination of a factors would seem to be unlikely in the case of someone of your ancestral background.

It is necessary first to distinguish citizenship and ethnicity.
The country of birth dictates the culture that you observe. In Britain heritage is not prescribed to.. a Black/Muslim/White etc is seen as British, not Black British, White British etc.
