What is your definition of a "warm night"? Sacramento's normal low tops out at 61°, and nights in the 50's are common even in July and August. That's cool to chilly for me.

That's odd, as you seem to enjoy extreme summer heat. You seem to rave about Phoenix climate, yet you consider LA as No.1, which is much cooler than Phoenix. What exactly are your climate preferences
What a weird question, of course it's subjective, it's obvious that everyone will say a different city. A better question would have been:"What city has your favourite climate?"
