Weather is exactly like yesterday (low 90s and dry)
I don't think we get to 100f today, might have to do with the smoke :0

I'd trade you in a heart beat. Smoke has returned and it's gross. Went from sunny blue to grey in just a couple of hours. Things won't improve for a few days, too
As nasty as it is up here, at least it's better than being in poor Louisiana. Covid surge and tidal surge in one swoop. Bidens about to face another big challenge.

We had a huge fire here on Wednesday near Cajon Pass. Fortunately it was put out by that evening.
Skies were crystal clear yesterday, with great air quality surprisingly
Water temps on the Lake in the mid 70s with hot and humid conditions today and tomorrow before a cool down. Skilling says could reach 95 degrees today with those +70 degree dew points
ABC/Chicago's forecast a bit more conservative but still hot this weekend then cooler early/middle of the week before we bounce back into the mid to upper 80s later in the week
Rain to our north and south with Ida of me but not much anywhere else this week
Latest GEFS shows much cooler conditions for the Midwest then previous runs in both the 6-10 and 11-15 day probably having to do with Ida's track
