1PM temps 86F here 88F at MDW and it hit 90F at ORD You guys out in the Northeast need to pay close attention to Henri. Could reach Cat 2-3 before making landfall (if it makes landfall). This could be a mess
Believe me, we are.
I normally only post in the CT forum but I wanted to check what the general C-D community thinks... shocked not to see a thread here.
RN it's our most active thread... as of the 11PM update the center will literally pass through my town
EDIT: My bad, did not see that hurricanes have their own subforum. Just saw that thread
Tampa didn't hit 90°F once last November, what are you talking about?
I am talking about any place in the state. I had one 90 last Nov and had more the Nov before and the before that Nov. Since i am on the coast within 500ft i see a little less super high temps vs inland but my lows are warmer.
Very warm week here with maybe three +90 degree days. That would bring ORD's total up to 20 and Midway's up to 23. The long term average for ORD is 17 and for Midway it's 23.
Woke up to rain this morning which is great as we needed it. Any rain up in Seattle Botev?
Not sure about Seattle but we had no rain in Victoria despite cloudy and cool conditions. We've had just 92 mm / 3.6 inches of rain in the last 6 months. All of Vancouver Island is now in level 5 drought conditions.

65°F at 8am, headed to 87°F this afternoon (Riverside, CA)
Today's averages are 95°F/65°F
Yesterday only hit 77°F, due to marine layer that didn't break until 6pm (sunset was at 7:33pm, so no additional heating was possible at that point)
