That was just a website malfunction. They were still making the measurements. Have a look here.

It's not a comfortable 70's, the dewpoint is 70°F, so it's muggy. Here in the IE, it's 88°F/38% RH

High was 86F here but it made it to 91F at MDW and 90F at ORD.
