Amazing to me how in the middle of winter you don't seem to get any winds out of the South. Why is that? If that was here in January you would see almost all west or north to northwest winds. Once in a while southerly winds in winter, but far less than north. Seems opposite where you are.

Would you be okay with those temps if it was sunny?

Looks like you have around 4 days of 23-24C which is near average. Temps don't seem real far off average at the beginning and towards the end of the forecast period. If 75F is the avg high, it is around 3-3.5F off with 22C.

I'd be disappointed, but at least it is not 5-10F off. That would really stink. The clouds would be a bummer after a while though.

Maybe some of this heat we have will make it across the Atlantic for you. I don't like this 90's stuff which is too uncomfortable in a dense city.

Yeah, if we had above average sunshine it would make the temps nicer. To get an exactly average July forecast, you'd have to add 2c to all of those temps though, and bump up the sunshine. A typical forecast would have every day at 23-24c, maybe with a couple of 20-22c days and a couple of 25-27c days.

It's been consistently below average, the highest temp all year is 26.8c, and we've only had 3 days above 25c!

Cooler this weekend, then hotter next week
