Ugly drizzly all day type of day,but i did like how cold it felt. Had a chance to wear my jacket! The all day drizzle amounted to 0.13 in / 0.33 cm . Record is 0.36 in / 0.91 cm (1986). It has been a wet cold winter. Way better than last year and the rest of the week looks great. As a matter of fact, today wasn't so bad either. I'll post up tonight what it was.
