Oh, yeah, I forgot about him, but that's kind of cheating, as I could not have remembered his name, even if I tried, plus I only knew about him via Wiki.

No idea who Jari Litmanen is, but he's a footballer, so there you go.

Do you know what it is, out of curiosity?

83°F inside.

I have "only" 81F (27.somethingC). I'm trying to have the balcony door open, but this apartment just won't cool down. And it's 10C/50F outside!

On another topic: a couple of 15 yo guys were fishing and they catched a garbage bag. Inside it: a dead dog with bricks tied to it's legs. Who the hell does that kind of things?

It's 79F in my house. It's too uncomfortable for me to sleep, I'm just not used to it. 83F is definitely not a temperature I'd want in my house!

When I was in Portsmouth in 2010, the apartment I shared with a couple of mates was around 85F in the bedrooms for around a month. I hated it.

Seems similar to the girl in Bosnia who threw puppies into a river. I can't even begin to comprehend why someone would do that.

That is horrific. I don't understand how anybody could do that. If that person would do it to a helpless animal, I believe they are capable of doing it to another person too.

You Brits need screens in your windows. And box fans. My bedroom has wind through it.

I've had a lot of moths and daddy longlegs recently. I can handle them though, in fact, I usually save daddy longlegs because they're so helpless and stupid. Spiders must die though - crafty, evil things.

I have some netting to cover my doors, but not my windows. Could do with getting them out, as yesterday I had the biggest bee in the world in my kitchen.

I have fans, but not a box fan.
