Hi all, well we finally think we found a house in loggers run and made an offer on it last night!
It's been 15 years since I moved out of there and I have some questions. What is that big stadium out there on land that they said they'd never build on? Is the local publix really crowded since they closed albertson's in mission bay? Will they be re-opening that store? Does anyone know if they sell kobe style ground beef at the publix there? They just started carrying it at publix here in port charlotte and it sure makes for some teriffic burgers!
Can anyone recommend an insurance person to call for a homeowners quote?
A reliable lawn service? Fence company? Place to buy ficus hedges and areca palms?
Lastly for those of you older folks, would you consider loggers run west boca a place to retire? With all the schools around I just wonder how crowded it is?

Loggers Run is young....alot of families more so than older people...but if you like the area I wouldn't worry about it....
