It is best not to argue with an idiot. Sometimes people cannot tell the difference.

Just because you are ignorant to the nature of Charleston doesnt mean everyone else is. Charleston takes more Morgantown than it gives, and the whole city is built on the state government. Without it Charleston has nothing. Charleston is the DC of WV, except without the nice areas, diverse population, things to do, educated people, culture, healthy people, good infrastructure, good universities, etc. In fact think about every bad thing about DC and multiple it 10x and you have Charleston WV.

Power has been out for an extended period of time in Martinsburg, WV. Martinsburg's emergency cable TV station is blacked out, no information at all...I just don't understand this. As to when my 84 year old Mother might have power, just having some idea would be helpful. Have not seen any police at the stoplights for traffic control whatsoever. Have not seen even one Electric company truck anywhere, did they send all ours to DC? This town has no emergency plans it seems! What a shame...I am going to work to get this changed for the people of my town!
