I took a drive through Martinsburg Station over the weekend. Some nice homes, but it looks like Toll Brothers just stopped building all of a sudden. There are empty lots checkerboarded between houses throughout the neighborhood. The clubhouse/pool area looked empty. Nice mountain views though.

It looks like Dan Ryan Builders has committed to build in Martinsburg Station. I don't think much has been built in there since the Recession.

I live in Martinsburg Station and I love it. I was hesitant because the lots are small, but the amenities make up for it. Playgrounds, walking trails, 2 stocked ponds, pool, sidewalks and street lights make it nice when walking the dogs at night. Most neighbors are super friendly and helpful. Let me know if I can help.... btw, I’m also a realtor.
