My husband and our family are suppose to move soon to the area and we have been trying to find a nice home in either the White Hall area or the Bridgeport/ Taylor county area. We did find a nice home in Country Estates but my husband is skeptical due to the number of homes for sale. He is worried that we would not be able to recoupe our money if we had to move back home. Does anyone know if there is a reason for so many families moving out? I was also impressed with the White Hall elementary school and teachers. My husband really likes Highland Ridge subdivision but we have not found what we are looking for in that area. Does anyone know if there is one builder for Highland Ridge subdivision or if you buy a lot and you hire your own builder?

Thanks,
hatnic
